The UPS Store

"DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS STORE. I CAME HERE TO RETURN AN AMAZON RETURN WHICH FROM AMAZONS SIDE REQUIRED ME TO BRING THE LABEL AND BOX THE ITEM, WHICH I DID BOTH. I JUST NEEDED THE TOP OF THE BOX TAPED. IT WAS ONE STRIP OF BOX TAPE, NOTHING MORE AND THIS STORE CHARGED ME $2 DOLLARS TO TAPE MY BOX, MIND YOU IT WAS PROBABLY 2 INCES IF THAT OF TAPE. IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS AT A UPS STORE. I ASKED THE SALES ASSOCIATE IF SHE WAS BEING SERIOUS AND SHE SAID "YES ITS JUST THIS STORE" UNBELIEVABLE."

"Right here is the UPS store where you go out of your way, to drop off a parcel and/or package. Just in a kinder, way. You know. Yeah or much appropriated, yes. For outgoing, shipments. Of course."

"Store closes early whenever they want. According to Aiden, management gave them permission to close early so they could clean up and go home earlier. Multiple customers had to walk away after arriving to a locked door before posted closing time. The two employees ignored the people outside the store. They actually had two employees (rare for this location) and couldn’t stay open until the listed time. One employee could have cleaned up while the other helped customers until closing. Do better."

"Just did a drop off for a package today and I’ve been to this location several times over the last few months. There is always only 1 woman working in this store. She does the best she can and she’s good at her job but for the love of everything please hire more people! There is no reason that on a Saturday morning in December there should be only 1 person working! The line was basically out the door at 10am and this poor lady is doing everything by herself. Do better UPS!"

"Slowest ups store. Been here many times and it always a 15-20 minute endeavor to return an Amazon item. If you didn’t tape your package they charge you $3 for a piece of tape. If you need them to print the label (a piece of paper in printer), it’s also $3.25. UPS can do better. Quit franchising your stores"
