"The worst shipping experience. For a full week I was told every day that the shipment would be delivered during a specified time frame. I would adjust my work schedule and be available for the shipment and it would not arrive. I would call and an excuse would be made whether it be the shipment was not released, the truck broke down or the driver did not have cell service. The next day would come and the same would repeat itself. This happened for 6 days! The most frustrating thing is that I was promised updates and call backs and was never contacted. I always had to call in and inquire. Lots of promises and guarantees and no follow through. I am writing this review as though it is past tense, but as I write this the driver is two hours past the specified delivery window for the seventh day. Unreal."

"One of the WORST possible shipping companies you can use. I trusted these people because I was advised they are professionals in handling medical equipment. NOT! First off they were delayed and kept the staff at the office for longer than expected. The day they were supposed to pick up the equipment, they didn't arrive and it happened 3 or 4 days later, when they promised "speedy" service. The transportation to the destination in Washington state took twice as long as they had promised and then against my advice, they had packed it very inadequately and inappropriately, that resulted in significant damage. I was very dissatisfied. Nobody took care of my complaint of damage and demand for compensation for the damage. And worse than that, 3 MONTHS after they cause significant damage to my equipment ( way beyond teh transportation cost), they audaciously went ahead and charged my credit card for the cost of transportation without doing a thing to account for mishandling of my equipment. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional shipping company. Stay away from these dishonest people. They only care about profit and money, and nothing else."
