"Absolutely horrible experience. I completed an intake little more than a week ago, I have yet to receive any follow-up information. The person ( Ijeoma Amara) conducting my intake was impressionable, she was dry and did not engage me. She asked questions for 15 mins, allotting no time for me to ask her questions to determine if we were a fit. I was able to ask one questions regarding her experience with grief she answered with a one word reply. I asked if she would be my therapist going forward, she stated that she didn't know, but everyone at the company was "good" she provided no information on when I hear back. After reliving details of my traumatic grief, I felt further victimized by her cold and dry demeanor. I cried for several days because those in positions to help others can't even be kind. It is people like this that makes people avoid therapy. I have more than 10 year human service experience, so I fully understand what each stage in the process should entail and how clients should be engaged even at the intake process."
