"I wish I could give this company zero stars, we booked a load going to Reedley ca and dropping off in San Bernardino, the shipper took more than 8 hours to load, I informed the broker Clarke, and he told us he had got of hold of the shipper to get my driver loaded quick, however it became 8-9 hours of wait, and they did not pay for detention time. I requested detention time and the broker answer was insane. He stated that because it a first come first serve shipper they don’t pay detention fees. Please stay away from this logistics company because they keep all the money to themselves and they do not care about the carrier time. The shipper was Wawona Packing Co."
