"Today, I needed to get two packages shipped for my nonprofit. I gave myself an hour to finish this between work projects, and when I arrived, it was pretty busy. At the time, there was only one employee, Tina. She was very calm and apologetic for the wait. While I was there, five different customers were already there or arrived after me. Her computer system was a little slow, but she stayed positive, calm, and friendly, and she made sure all of us knew that we were her priority. I have been in situations like hers and am not always calm and collected. I want to give Tina a high five and five stars for her customer service and positive attitude. Great job choosing such a wonderful person to work at your store. I hope you all know how great she is, and if you need something shipped, I hope Tina is working that day!"

"I went here to see if they could mail a large painting to the UK. The woman was helpful but suggested that I use USPS but sold me a large cardboard box to pack it in after measuring it. I bought it for $14.03. On my return I realize she measured it incorrectly, so I took it back, unused and opened the next day. This time they were so rude and said we don't refund any purchases. I logged a complaint with the BBB and refused to reply. I would not advise anyone to go here."

"I left packages to be shipped for my business. I never get receipts from my local PA so I didn’t from this one. Big mistake. They never got shipped. 7 of them. When I entered the building there was a young woman and a much older man massaging her. It was a weird situation to walk into and part of the reason I did not request a receipt.I will NEVER return to this location."

"My go to spot to drop off Fed ex packages, picked up about 3p.m. (ask associate to be sure). The employees are super friendly and the gift shop merchandise is sooo cute! Lots of 1 of a kind gifts for baby, stationary, candles, and much more. I feel confident leaving my merchandise at this location for pick up, I've had only good experiences here."

"I had to return a king size airbed because it was faulty to Amazon thru Postal Annex. Amazon directed me to use the same shipping box to return it. There was no way I was going to fit that huge air bed into this tiny box. I brought the bed and the box to your store on Genesee. I just want to praise one of your employees...Chelsea. She made a stressful situation for me into a very pleasant experience. I wish all stores had employees like this one. Thank u girlie. You were great!!"
