"Diana Bolmes=complete trash. Knows nothing about opiate addiction or what a person high on heroin looks like. Falsely accused me of using substances when I wasn't and was rude and invalidating about it. Treated me differently than other group members for being an addict."

"I thought the therapists were very good, but they have the most ridiculous and insensitive billing policy. I suffer from a chronic disease and disability that causes me to occasionally miss appointments. I give as much notice as possible. I've never had issues with any other dr or clinic. Yesterday after dislocating my knee, I needed to cancel and was charged $100. Don't go here if you don't know 24 hours in advance of you will be ill or in my case have a flare of an autoimmune joint disease."
