"Easy in and out. Room to turn tractor and trailer around docks are spacious. Once in dock the next check in process is kind of slow. The loading of trailer was efficient. I really had no major issues here. The workers are nice. Make sure you have current licence and p/u number, guaed shack will not let you proceed without these."
"takes too long...keep saying we will load you soon but they don't. way too slow. doesnt matter even if you on time. Will not come here again. appt. time-1:00 pm check in 12:45 pm. out 6 pm"
"People seem friendly enough but this place is the worst. Third time here. Never get in the gate under 1½ hours. Today, I arrived with a long line of trucks down the street. After about ¾ hours the security guard sent everyone around the block to come in the exit, then along the front employee parking area to line up. This was due to the fact police had been giving tickets to trucks waiting to enter that were blocking the right lane on the street. Took 2+ hours to get in gate today. Then it was shift change. 3½ hours here and still haven't even started to load the trailer. And the reality is that this is normal here. I would have thought someone would have tried to improve things here, but I think they are content just being how they are."
"Sorry management, but you need some go getters not some lazy Dock workers. Staff at shipping office were friendly. Where is the pride in these dock workers 3:20pm to 9:45pm on Elogs is not good Business for my company or yours. They can’t even get out of dock to put a seal on trailer but they sure like to talk down to the drivers. If its a safety protocol then its understandable not to get off dock. But don’t have the dock workers talk down to drivers or demeanor them especially if you don’t know that drivers history. Treat others like you would be like to be treated. Not a good representation that I would like for my company or any other."
