"Very negative experience. I shipped two jackets for my Dad from US to China late Jan. One jacket was received in late March, and today is April 28th, and the second jacket is still in transit. I called the customer service in the US, and the lady was not even sorry for the delay and sounded angry when I asked where is my shipment. I understand things happens, expecially during the pendamic. However, I shipped three more shipments with other carriers and they were all delivered within a month. DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"I would give a negative star on the efficiency if I could! The customer service is horrible!!! if you are in the US, there is no one you could contact. The contact number and email they list is just like autonomous, you will never be able to reach them when you need to! The shipping speed is too slow. I don't know why. I have to be honest with my experience, for the first few times, their services were ok, but this year, especially this month, April, 2019, their services are terrible and I will never use their service any more in the future, even though the shipping fee is relatively cheaper, I just can't bear with it."
