"Terrible organization. Practices constantly canceled. No communication. Find out game times day before or day of. To top it out my son's team has been canceled not even 5 games in. Disappointing seeing as only other option is AYSO once a year. Big let down for first time in Premier."
"The field and the games offer an enjoyable and engaging experience for the children. An immediate observation upon involvement in sports pertains to player allocation, a pivotal aspect. It is imperative to transition towards a player distribution system based on a lottery mechanism. Presently, a concerning practice exists where certain coaches advise parents during sign-up to secure placement on specific teams. Regrettably, this practice generates an inequitable dynamic between newcomers and experienced players. Consequently, we witness teams predominantly composed of novices, with coaches striving diligently to instill fundamental skills. This stands in contrast to an optimal scenario where a blend of fresh talent and seasoned players contributes to holistic growth among children. While defeats are an inherent part of any sporting endeavor, the conspicuous flaw emerges when a single team manages to accumulate over 20 goals. Addressing the issue of team distribution is paramount. Rectifying this concern would undoubtedly elevate the league into a universally rewarding experience. At present, this remains the sole aspect that detracts from an otherwise commendable setup."
"I coach 2 teams here. The first season was intimidating but Luis the owner helped so much from being able to rent the field for practice to finding players for both my teams."
"The league would be ok, but there’s one coach that seems to be friends with the owners or something. He verbally tells his team to push, they never get called for it, then when the other team pushes back it’s an immediate foul. The coach pulls players from his U10 team and plays them on his U8 team (he coaches multiple teams), and is able to get away with it repeatedly. It takes the fun out of it, and penalizes the other teams that try to play the right way. If you want your kids to have fun, this league is not for you (unless you happen to be on that coach’s team). Kids are only going to be able to take getting constantly pushed around for so long, until they end up wanting to fight. Someone is going to end up getting hurt in this league, all because they refuse to hold a standard for ALL teams."
"Uncompetitive league. They have very good teams in the U4 U6U8 however instead of making the teams more balanced they put the new kids who have Never Played Before on 1 team which turns into blowouts and the new kids not learning anything. Instead of putting new kids on one team why not put them on the teams that have been playing a while and make it more competitive that way they learn? Bad teams are looking for good players but those good players end up going to someone else."
