"I feel worse than when I started my roller coaster ride with NuFemme. Customer service is horrible and I DO NOT recommend them. I kept a journal of my entire process/procedures and will gladly share it with anyone that would like to read it. During my last appointment, I was told that Jen would call me with a follow up in a month and then reschedule a follow up appointment. I never received that call and when I tried to follow up I didn't receive an answer, followup or an email. I should have had three or four more appointments but never got a response to my email or phone calls, not to mention the fact they didn't refund any of my money for services not rendered. My thoughts: their "Pellet" and pills are a bunch of smoke and mirrors and they will hook you in their first "Free" consultation. They say they have hundreds of people from around the world using their services, that you are an excellent candidate and on and on until your head starts to spin. They keep you there for several hours while talking loudly, making you feel special and getting your hopes up. The end results are not what they say and the only things I have gained from them is a loss of a lot of money and humiliation. I know I signed the paperwork, but they did not deliver on what they promised or complete my appointments that I paid for."

"I recently visited the NuFemme clinic and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. I arrived at the clinic ten minutes before my scheduled appointment, filled out a couple pages of paper work and I was taken to a private room within ten minutes! The clinic is clean, tastefully decorated and there is chocolate and coffee in the waiting room. Jennifer came in and talked to me about my concerns, expectations, and treatment options. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel very conformable. I received the vampire facial, Juvederm lip injections, and vampire breast lift. The vampire procedures were painful, but Jennifer was comforting, patient and understanding.
