"worst truck company, the rancho yard is like junk yard, lack of maintenance and management, my tractor went to shop 5 times, the A/C still not working, then I have to open both windows to drive, only thing they care about is fuel efficiency"

"This truck company is suck, I never seen a truck parking yard like that, it’s super crowded as car graveyard, even no lights at night,it’s unsafe and makes me stressful. Also you have to parking your tractor and trailer to separate location, and you will never get empty trailer in another yard when you need one for pick up a load, they wouldn’t counted the miles for the route that you have to go another warehouse to pick up empty trailer. In-Cab camera is very annoying, the warning sounds would active with no reason, worst management and suck company"

"Over all the company isn't bad, the dispatchers (most of them) are very hard to communicate with. They lie to you to get you to take a load example (I do not have my Hazmat certification, and the asked and asked me to take a Hazmat load, they lied and said the load was under 1000pounds even though the paperwork said it was 6156pounds. They do not care at all about their drivers only getting the load to where it has to go. They also stole my last paycheck, when I was leaving the company they wanted me to move the truck to a different location, I was already on my way home I live 60miles away they wanted me to come back and move the truck 5 miles to a different Legend yard and when I said no because I live to far away they said they were going to charge me $500 and they did exactly that."

"I've been with Legend since 2019. I've seen this company grow and meet and exceed driver expectations. I have an amazing dispatcher who communicates clearly to me and we are usually on the same page. If you want to run some miles and get decent pay, I suggest giving Legend a try. Oh, that home time works out great as well."
