"Maybe they should be more direct in there understanding they only drive to your appointments not for every day activities also 13$ for one way is dumb very pricey for one way and also kinda ridiculous for there rules and regulations"
"Guardian is more than professional they are also warm and caring to their passengers. The owner Denis keeps in touch with the family to keep you up to date and always asks how Mom is doing. When he found out Mom was supposed to have constant oxygen he pursed it with the facility she was in and made sure when she was picked up that she had a full oxygen bottle on the back of the wheelchair. I was at my wits end when Denis returned my call about wheelchair transport. Mom had gotten weaker and could no longer be of any help getting her in and out of the the to the car and then back again after dialysis. I had managed to get her picked up from the Rehab center with the help of 3 nurses I knew I was going to have a problem after dialysis getting her back in the car. Denis called as I was loading her and offered to be there to pick her up for the return trip! Thank God it was so easy to load her chair and all in his wheelchair van. No wrestling her around and wearing her out even more. They are prompt and know what the schedule is even when the facility doesn't. I couldn't have gotten through it without Guardian Medical Transport."
