"They sent our car weeks after they told us it would ship. Sat in another country with no vehicle and an European rental car. They had built a ramp to put the car in the container and the car fell back and hit the door severely damaging the rear of the vehicle. We had purchased insurance through them and they refused to put the claim in as it would raise their rates. Surprising as the owner is Swedish and they are not particularly known for being cons. They lost a lot of business from Volvo as we let everyone in Goteborg, Sweden know how they conduct business."
