"Even though we got there at 17 minutes to closing time, we (me and my son who injured his finger) were met with locked doors and were sent away after being told via intercom that they don’t see people who haven’t signed in a half hour before close. A word of advice for whoever runs this place - if you stop letting people in at 7:30, then you should probably advertise your closing time as 7:30 instead of 8:00. The other urgent care we went to afterward had a closing time of 8 pm too, and we got there at at 7:59 and they saw us and treated my son."

"I was a little confused if I should consider this clinic after all the reviews. But it’s actually all good. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors were very sweet. I came down on fever and flu and visited them. The nurse and the doctor were very informative. Their service was very quick, professional and friendly."

"We were charged $667 after insurance for an urgent care visit where my wife was seen by a doctor and nurse who took her blood pressure, looked at her throat and ears, and prescribed an antibiotic and steroid for a sinus infection (which we paid for through our pharmacist). I called Ascension and it turns out $425 was for the doctor through another company, Emergency Medicine Specialists, and $242 was for use of the facility. This seems excessive! We will definitely be avoiding using Ascension urgent care again."

"As a healthcare worker, I am disappointed to find staff asking patients to hold onto their urine samples while they wait in the waiting room. Very unsanitary, embarrassing, and gross. No one should have to sit by or see someone else’s urine, especially in a healthcare facility."

"Terrible experience. First of all the office was empty . So I was called back pretty fast . But the problem came when I was in back and had to wait 35 minutes for a dr to come in and see why I was even there . Then another 40 minutes to get my labs back . Only for them to tell me everything was clear which is great but then I go to my doctors urgent care and was told something completely different. Also, the lady Julie I believe that’s her name that answers the phone there is very condescending and rude and hung up in my face when I called to get my lab results and also said well I don’t k ow what else to tell you LOL smh well what I can tell you is be better at your job and get out the health field cause as a WOMAN she should’ve handled that very differently . I called her back to tell her how I felt but I’ll let her have that one . Please do not go here if it’s a serious problem ……."
