"Imagine coming in for a 7am appt and the staff gets in a the same time. Shouldn’t the staff come in and prepare up to 15 mins before if they allow early morning appts? Now also imagine how long it takes the staff to get situated; did someone say 10-15 mins. Aurora do better!"

"I'm not sure if it's all Aurora or if it's just literally a coincidence that every doctor I've dealt with through Aurora seems to just makes guesses instead of doing tests to find out what's actually wrong with you. Aurora doctors seem to care less and less nowadays"

"Rude staff"

"My daughter saw Dr. Jonathan Bonchak very pleased with the doctor BUT office staff not so much. My daughter has a rash from head to toe possibly due to acne medication she went to urgent care told to get in to see her dermatologist couldn't get in right away. They gave her an appointment for 3 days later my daughter was a bit late for the appointment was told she couldn't be seen today she would have to wait until July to see him for her head to toe rash. I realize she was late but not by much her rash was an ASAP appointment for a severe rash."

"My experience with Dr.Williams was absolutely terrible. He should be put in jail. Literally in jail!"
