Swift Transportation - Jurupa Valley Terminal

"I had one of your driver's almost take the hood of my yruck off I called to report it to safety and got no answer or even a return call with an apology!"

"Drivers touch other people’s clothes, literally put my clothes in the washing machine for 32min came back and this guy took our clothes out mind you I’m a female so having a guy I don’t know touch and remove my clothes from the washer is unacceptable , you would think not touching other people’s belongings would be common sense and when I said something his response was “that’s how we do things here, we can go talk to a manager” as if the manager was going to side with him. Any manager that’s okay with drivers touching other peoples personal items should not be a manager at all . This terminal is horrendous and who ever runs it is just as bad, this is the worst terminal I have been too besides Laredo . The lack of respect is distasteful, I’m Livid ! How long are y’all going to let things like this slide? Keep allowing drivers to poke the bear and somebody’s going to go off eventually and by that time it’s gonna be too late. It’s called common curtesy and this terminal needs to get some."

"This place is absolutely the WORST terminal or truck stop you could ever think of. First off, the parkings were poorly designed that you have to blindside your way in to get a decent spot. Yet you get up from your 10 hr and get blocked by multiple trailers. It’s pretty sad how there’s no command and control whatsoever. And then the showers are always packed, filthy to the highest power, and the average wait time to shower is 3-4 hours. There’s only one washer and one dryer for 20 people trying to wash their clothes. Dispatchers are nowhere to be found when needed. Don’t even think about bring in your truck for service, it takes approximately 6 to 7 hours just to let you know they can’t fix it. This place is very bad that I’d rather spend my money at the TA across the street for parking and to wash my clothes"

"100% worst terminal swift has. I was the first in line at the dispatch window and wait patiently for 10 minutes while he was on the phone with another driver, no one came up to help, and line was forming. Just to be turned away because I was waiting to leave in an hour Why even have anyone at the window when it takes so long!?!"
