"Don’t use if you need anything in a timely manner!!!! Keep getting told “maybe tomorrow” they’ve had our freight for 6 days!!!!! Not professional at all!!!"

"Not impressed. Showed up 30 minutes early and was told to leave and wait on the street. Came back 30 minutes later and they said someone was gonna come out and let me in. Waited another 10 minutes and buzzed them again and they said someone was coming out now. Waited another 5 minutes and someone did come. Only one other truck was docked when I arrived. Got into my dock and waited 2 hours before they started unloading me (many other trucks have come in and out since and I’m one of 2 still here, the other arrived after me.) ended up waiting about 5 hours total. Made me lose money because I missed out on another run I was supposed to make after delivering here but they took way longer than they should have."

"Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in."
