"I highly recommend this Athletico in Menomonee Falls! Having had 3 kidney transplants and other health issues my entire life (I'm now 56), I've been to Physical therapy quite often. From scheduling to my actual therapy, it all has run very smooth and extremely comfortable!! Sami is my Physical therapist and is knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough!! I have a number of contributing health and pain factors that can inhibit my therapy yet, it wasn't a chore to explain everything until she understood. She immediately knew what I was telling her, how to help, and has continued to help me so much to strengthen and work exactly what is needed without triggering my severe nerve pains. I'm so grateful for that...for her!! Its been so hard because many just have been at a loss as to what to do for me as my function and strength has declined!! At one point my nerve pain had started to be triggered and for the first time ever a PT, Sami, was actually able to stop it!! I was truly amazed!! She gave me a renewed ability to be able to put my trust in a caregiver! The staff are beyond friendly, personable and easy to talk to! They were able to tell me about my insurance coverage before I even started and have continued to make the atmosphere cheerful and like I've known them for years!!
