"I checked in through the live well app and the time waiting in the waiting room was about 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the attending physician and the excellent care I was given. Also I used the pharmacy at the facility and was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely choose this urgent care facility in the future."

"This was my first visit to Aurora Urgent Care, Mount Pleasant location. Just a few days prior to the holidays and no appointment, I walked in and saw the waiting room with adults and children. I felt I would have long to wait. I was taken back to a room promptly, medical personnel began assisting me right away. They made me comfortable and were very professional. "Such a pleasant experience! I usually dread going to any form of urgent care facility due to a lot of bad experiences with others but Aurora surprised me in how nice the visit was. I went in for an injury as a new patient and did not have to wait long to be seen at all. The kind lady working the desk helped me to fill out my paperwork as my writing hand was unusable at the time. I was seen quickly and given very comforting care. I will absolutely come back to this location if I have an injury or illness again!"

"Very friendly staff at Urgent Care husband had to get stitches which I was happy to not have to go to the ER for After the Dr took care of stitching him up the medical assistant came in to dress and wrap the wound. The first thing she did was put gloves on. The next thing she did was open several cabinets and couldn’t find what she needed so she left the room with her gloves on Came back in and opened more cabinets before begging to dress and wrap the wound I told her to change her gloves and it seemed to be a bother for her. She needs additional training! Otherwise all went well and I’d highly recommend Aurora."
