"I think this is a great physician's office, the staff is wonderful. However, the turnover rate is disappointing. Everytime I am secure and comfortable with the physician or NP, they leave! The current NP is great, but only temporary. Today i called with a non urgent issue, though would've liked to resolve if possible. The office is closed. No notice whatsoever. I feel that is something you should tell your patients ahead of time. Communicating is key, when people rely on you for something especially as important as their health."
