"Arrived 1316 for 1400 appointment put in door did not start unloading unload 1458 only truck on lot. Employees lollygagging around. Only had 1/3 of a trailer to unload 4k lbs. Refuse any load you get to here with prejudice. Absolutely will not deliver here again. Yard is tight."

"Do not use this company at all costs. They not only are slow, it's been one month and 2 weeks that they've been transporting my package but when you call to get updates they are rude, condescending, and nasty. I've called them 17 times since July 14th when they received my package and not once has it been a pleasurable experience. Today Crystal and Ed laughed at me when I was upset that its going to be another week until they can deliver my items. They are unable to even provide you a date or time of the delivery and then they told me I could pay to have my own truck get the items if I wanted it delivered sooner. The reason you use a freight company is to deliver freight goods. Shocked and disgusted. Use FEDEX freight."
