"Honestly the best experience I have had going to any clinic. Emily Churchill is the best, I really felt like she cared about what was going on and any way to help me."
"As a new patient walk-in I was well taken care of. Though they were short a staff member, professionals Cara and Cindy were kindly efficient and knowledgable. X-Ray tech. Karen was patient, receptionist pleasant and even greeted warmly by a passing phone operator."
"The clinic was extremely busy and the wait was long on Christmas Eve, understandably. Dr. Pachner was well worth the wait! He apologized for the wait, which, of course, was not his fault. He made me feel comfortable, gave me his full attention and addressed all of my concerns. I was most fortunate to be treated by Dr. Pachner."
"I was visiting from FL and unfortunately had a fall. I was reluctant to go but ended up here. What an amazing experience! From the check in to the nurse to the xray tech to the fabulous doctor! We were in and out in no time. Everyone was so professional and friendly! The doctor gave us several recommendations of places to visit while we are here. Thank you for taking great care of this Florida girl!!"
"I went in to this location just to get my elbow checked out for some minor pain, I go in and out in about 15 minutes after answering very minor questions with a doctor. Nothing done except tell me I have tennis elbow and told to buy some stuff over the counter. Awesome. Fine. Then I get a bill in the mail telling me they charged $485 for doing such little work. $485 for WHAT. If I would have known something so minor would cost this much I would have walked right out of the door. What an absolute waste of time to go in somewhere to be bent over backwards for NOTHING. I call into customer service to see if this charge is correct and all they tell me is they can send me an E-Mail with detailed billing (Which did NOTHING except show what I could already see on the app and understood) and that they can split the charge over payments. What does that help me? I'm still out $485 for NOTHING. This place is a waste of time, I'd rather croak outside the building than go in and owe an arm and a leg."
