"Totally unprofessional transportation company. I'm about to be late to a dentist appointment because their driver lied and said he picked me up. Their phone operators are ghetto as hell and their drivers pick you up either 45 minutes early or 30 minutes, so don't expect respect for you or your time. Bad service."
"Some driver's will go above and beyond their job description to help you with your walker or foldable wheelchair for non able body clients. A good few driver tho will either pass you're pick up reservation or put you down as a no show. A fewer other drivers will pick you up and openly complain about having to do what they say it's not part of their job description. Mind you, every driver has all the information of each clients needs and specific help requests on their phone app before they even accept to get your reservation call. With all this said, they're is more good natured, kindhearted, considering and understanding drivers out there, so don't be discouraged if you have one bad experience. Go out there and live your life."
"This is my second experience with this company. The first time no one ever showed and I missed my son’s appointment. This time I had a ride scheduled for pick up at 9:15. The number they have on file is not a real number. I had to go in circles just to find someone help me and it’s not even a direct line to the company. So frustrating."
"I've been blessed with Veyos Medical Transportation Services for about 3years now and I love them for everything they do. If you need transportation to your doctor appointment, dentist, urgent care,pharmacy or any medical related appointment. Veyos certified drivers are one phone call away to pick you up, drive you to your appointment and drop you back off whenever your ready. Drivers are always on time to pick you up, but be careful because they are also always really early too. Veyo recently merged with a new company and everything got really disorganized and messed up making Veyos services almost impossible to use. It took some time, but they fixed all the ongoing issues."
"Had an appt. @4. So we scheduled a ride @3:30. I had a back to back day of appts. for my daughter, just leaving one appt. when the driver called me saying he would be there @3:18. I told him I had scheduled @3:30 I wasn’t sure if I would be there at 3:18, he said all he could do was wait 5 minutes. I was outside at 3:29 not knowing if he had left. I tried calling the call center couldn’t get ahold of anyone I waited outside until almost 4 trying to call. Nothing. At that point I knew it was too late to schedule another ride, so I just wanted to cancel the ride back to not waste the other drivers time. Didn’t get ahold of anyone until after 5 to find out both rides had been cancelled with NO NOTIFICATION and they told me I should be ready anywhere from 15 to a an hour before scheduled ride!? Was never told that. Was so mad and disappointed."
