"I found out they do notary and went on to their website and scheduled my appointment for a Saturday and requested for a witness as well. Made the appointment more than a week in advance. On the Saturday I arrived waited in line and when it was my turn I explained I was there for my appointment. The 2 associates that were working that day told me that the notary wasn't in. I informed them I had an appointment and the female associate basically made me feel like it was my fault. Told me that it was corporate who does not communicate with the store and I could call the store if I still needed to schedule an appointment. No apology for my time wasted."

"Staff members are so awesome! I always have an issue with fingerprinting but the staff were so patient and fun and simultaneously being very considerate and engaging with the other customers."

"The manager of this location on State & Stetson in Hemet is very rude to customers, tried to return equipment from Frontier. Was told to just drop off and get receipt. This location would only take 2 pieces of the equipment cause the third one had a scratch on the bar cade and they could not scan it. After this I asked for a letter stating they are refusing to take equipment so I may contact Frontier, instead I was told to leave and never come back. I called corporate office and was told someone will contacte in about an hour. I am still waiting 3 days later."

"I frequent this store for amazon returns and it is quick and easy. yesterday I had to go return a few items and the system went down for the last 2. With the internet down, and close to closing, they still took our packages and said they would return them on offline mode. Today I got a message form the manager with the receipt for my return and sure enough, Amazon got me my return right away. Awesome customer service!"
