"This is the rudest most incompetent company ever. Didnt show so has to call. Wanted to leave my 600lb delivery in the middle of the street. Blamed me because we don't have curbs(rural area of over 100000 people). Rude supervisors, sent driver with equipment that couldn't even take off truck. I warned I would be leaving bad review and they said do whatever you want."

"Saia is the worst. We ship a fair amount of freight. We don't normally ship with Saia but we can a client that needed us to ship out about 30 pallets, 2 different loads. They no show, no called 3 times! I had to call them the next day to get there "Story". This is after having an appointment time each time. They literally lied right to me. They said they came the first time and there was no freight, Ya they never showed. Then they said they couldn't access the property the 2nd time because there was a gate, even though there were notes to call at the gate and we were there for the entire appointment window. They never came. The 3rd time they said they couldn't find the property. We get semi trucks here at least once a week from many different carriers. We have never had the issues we've had with Saia. We wasted so much time waiting around for Saia it was beyond frustrating. Stay away from Saia."

"Second time I've had something that was supposed to be delivered by then and they don't show up. I'm surprised Costco even uses them. Appointments is impossible to get ahold of."

"From an outside carriers perspective this particular Saia terminal is great. We arrive every Monday, drop our trailer and pick up a loaded one. It's easy to get to as it's just over 1 mile off the highway. It's a secured yard to reduce the potential of shady people walking away with your shipments. Friendly dock guys and friendly office staff."
