"Started from 12/15 /22, I was planning to send my personal belonging to China and was induced by Seven seas worldwide incorporated (INC. No.2669959 based in Santee SC.) Advertisement on their website. I booked their Move cube service, one order in Feb.1, the other in Feb.15. It took me almost two months for packing and boxing the items and finally sent in two dispatchs to their appointed warehouse which took three hours drive and USD2,000 to transport from my home. I paid on their website for my shipping cost of $5,200 for their Port to door service. But when everything done according to their instruction. I finally received their message from China that they were unable to clear my items into China due to the items may including porcelain and endangered species. But during the packing process, I called several times to confirm and state clearly all the items are not include any endangered species or prohibited by the China custom, and I can do the clearance by myself upon arrival. But they finally refused to ship and let me to pay for returning my belonging. Currently they rudely held my stuff as hostage to pay for returning. This is an obvious breach of contract and cause me with huge loss on timely and monetarily suffering. The company do false advertising and brutally breach of contract based on their subjective judgement. I will sue for compensation and potential loss on my belonging. Be very careful before you booking the service from this company, the traps will lead you to endless troubles, I will fight to the end to continues share my experience to help people to avoid this garbage company."

"I had a bad experience with this company when I first contact them they were very attentive and helpful. During the process i found myself doing my own research and contacting the shipping company on updates of my cargo . When these brokers failed to update me on the status of my shipment I had to constantly figure out what I was doing on my own ...But I received my package I guess that's all that matters.Dont get me wrong they will get your import products to you but you will have to do your own research and shipping updates on your own that's hard sometimes when it's your first time ! receiving an import"
