"Horrible Company! 3rd party contractor for Best Buy. Did not deliver my refrigerator and haul away old one as promised and paid for. Supervisor Wendy not friendly or professional on phone. Gave me company name of JB Hunt. Only gave Best Buy customer service # . Did not provide options except to deliver refrigerator with no haul away. Asked delivery guys ( 2 guys) to wait a few minutes, they drove off anyway. Chased them down the street and asked for them to deliver the unit as promised. They would not and said they needed to go to their next appointment. Took picture of truck which said NJJ LOGISTICS LLC...Did she lie about their name? As I walked away in disbelief I looked back and co-worker was filming me on his phone from passenger seat. Driver's name was one. Company represented rudeness and unprofessionalism."
