"Called Executive LA limo last second for an airport pick-up when we realized we really didn't want to lug our 5 bags of ski-trip luggage to the Uber lot at LAX. Stori was super friendly and seamed to understand our last minute "ah hah" moment. Lol! She sent us a perfectly large Escalade, driven by Andy, who had the back seats already down when he arrived to accommodate our luggage. He was early, professional and the SUV looked great! The price was incredibly reasonable even considering we had to make him wait as our luggage was delayed. Would definitely take an Executive LA ride to or from the airport verses an Uber again!!"
