"I’ve been coming here for more than 25 years, even after I moved farther away. But things in the past year have really made me seriously think about finding a new clinic for my entire family. I’ve been chastised by staff (mostly front desk/phone as well as some physician support staff) on more than one occasion. Most recently, I’ve had to make an appointment with another clinic doctor because my doctor is out on leave. This was just for a med check and refill. Shortly after the appointment was made, the doctor’s assistant called to let me know I didn’t need to be seen yet, they’d send in the refill, and to make an appointment for late February. I got a call on Monday from the clinic I don’t answer because I didn’t have any upcoming appointments. The voicemail was from the dr’s assistant with some questions for me ahead of my appointment. I immediately called back because this appointment was canceled. The woman on the phone talked down to me explaining why the RN/MA had called me. I explained that I knew WHY she called, but that I needed to speak with her to clear this up since she was the one that told me I didn’t need an appointment yet. I was told she was unavailable. The woman then said she would go speak with the doctor and call me back. When she called back, I was told that they only refilled the prescription because there was an understanding that I had this appointment. Again, this is not what I was told. She then told me that because I got the refill but “skipped” the appointment, this doctor would not be seeing me as a patient and would give me no more refills. So I asked what my options are and what I’m supposed to do now? I got very immature responses like “yeah, I don’t know” and “uh, I’m not sure”. I’ve reached out to Ascension online and have gotten no response. I will not be calling since I have not had a good experience on the phone with them so far."
"I gave this a two star rating because the doctors are good enough. We have been here for 26 year and I don't know what has happened to the staff, but you have to brace yourself every time you go in, they are beyond rude. Some simple training on courteous customer service is in need. We had an incident a year ago with one of the staff that was so offensive I reported it. I have never been treated so poorly (this was in regards to my disabled child). Management was very kind and listening, but nothing has changed at all. I don't need that staff member to have been fired, but you think there would be a slight change in attitude? Nope, nothing, just rude. I cannot stand going because of the intake staff."
"Where do I start? First they ordered an urgent ultrasound for me. I had to get it done within two weeks. I did my part. Then based on my results, they scheduled a pre-op appointment with a doctor that doesn’t even perform surgeries! After weeks of waiting, they finally called to let me know A couple of days before the appointment that it was canceled. Weeks of wasted anxiety. They said I would need to see a different doctor. They picked Julie Webb. Well guess what? Another month of waiting. Then I get to the Friday before my Monday appointment, they request confirmation and I confirm. Within minutes they call to let me know my appointment is now canceled. My next available reschedule would be months out? Doesn’t sound like compassionate care to me. Steer clear of Dr Webb and her assistant Juanita. They can’t even run a schedule, why would you trust them with a surgery? No thanks! They do not care about patients. Your life does not matter to them. I’m going back to Aurora. Good riddance."
"I've been going to this clinic since this location opened many years ago. I've been able to get my appointments when I need them. The doctors/staff return my messages promptly. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful."
"I called to make an appointment with my doctor, i was put on hold for 45 minutes and finally gave up, we drove over there and called from the car, still again was put on hold. My wife went inside, there were 3 people at the reception desk and not one of them was answering the phone. My doctor's nurse wasn't surprised and said I should use my chart to contact them If I need anything, I like my doctor and his staff,but the people at the front desk aren't doing their job."
