"This has been by the worst company i have ever work with. To start he was so rude when he first contacted me on Central Dispatch. He didn't want to tow my car because i wouldn't go up on the price. So I received a request from another company for the price i had put at the beginning. the owner then text me again he would do it for 20 dollars less. I said yes but not because it was 20 dollars less, because i left the price the same but because he was going to pick up my vehicle quicker than the other company. We always pay check or wire. So he was suppose to received a check at drop off. I get a call two weeks later saying that we have not paid them. I knew clearly that we had paid them but just to make sure i contacted the drop off location. The family told me that they had paid cash because the DRIVERS said they did not take checks. So i told him we paid cash.He then started harassing me and saying that he was going to call the cops and do a police report and also report me with central dispatch etc. All kinds of threats came until i ask to speak to the driver. The driver is another story rude and arrogant. I called him and started to ask him about the situation he hangs up on me and sends me a bill. So thats when i became upset and started to threat them because 1,000 dollars doesn't just disappear into thin air someone had to know. Once the family and I started to pull the proof and fact of the payment being made. Hour later we receive the text they suddenly found the money and the driver "forgot" it was in his pants pocket he use that day. Not only its upseting the stress they made us go through but they gave me a negative on our central dispatch for HIS drivers stealing HIS money and that had nothing to do with us. I regret ever using this company and his crooked drivers. Save your self the time and money"
