"Today one of your buses in ontario ca made a hard left hand turn from the right lane. In doing so your driver cut across 3 lanes of southbound traffic in a 45mph zone. Luckily I was able to slide to a stop about 15 feet from the side of your bus. I tried call your company and the dispatcher said there's nothing he could do and didn't even bother to get my contact info."
