"these people didn't do due diligents and wanted me to pay out of pocket.They delivered the wheelchair,then wanted me to pay for it.Medicare said I got a wheelchair before & was not eligible.I NEVER GOT AWHEELCHAIR FROM MEDICARE BEFORE. Orbit should have checked. Due diligence."

"My case manager put in a order like 3 weeks ago for a walker for me. Orbit said they need more insurance information. My manager and I have been trying to reach Orbit for the past 3 weeks to give Orbit what they need, can't reach anyone on the phone, left a message for them to call me or my CM, haven't from them..... What kind of medical service is this? This ridiculous."

"Do not expect follow-up service. Things stop working, especially low air mattress pumps. They gave you the runaround every time you call! Call a different DME if you have an option."
