"Called me to schedule a delivery so I took a day off just to receive the package. Turns out they didn't even receive the package at the post and had no idea how long it would be delayed. How can you schedule a customer at a date you had no idea would be fulfilled? Absolutely ludicrous."

"We loaded and shipped U Pack from Chicago to Orange. Everyone was very helpful and service was great. We drove our car and U Pack arrived before us. Very satisfied. U Pack is very large."

"Delivery appointment was set between 8am – 12pm, I had to be at work at 12PM so I called starting at 11am to see when I could expect the delivery person. The women on the phone would not answer my simple question regarding an estimated time of arrival, she was short and rude with me. At 11:30 I called again to see how much longer it would be explaining that I had to leave for work soon. Again, the woman on the phone was short and rude with me. When I asked for the driver’s number to call myself, which she would not give out, I asked her to have the driver call me. She then hung up on me. I called back to speak with a supervisor and the same woman (Pam) said “I am the one to handle this” very rudely. She informed me that the driver was on his way and gave me his location. I tried to tell her that he was going to the wrong gate which she completely ignored. Finally, the driver contacted and I was able to give him the right directions and the right address number since that was incorrect as well. Needless to say, my bathtub was not delivered until well after 12:30pm, I had to call someone to come over and wait so that I could make it to work where patients were waiting for me. My experience with this company is they were inconsiderate, rude and their customer service is seriously lacking."
