When I contacted their customer service department about a delivery I was expecting that was past due, I sat in the hold Que as caller #1 for 22 minutes. When I finally got an agent, and explained to them about my delivery, the agent called me a liar. Their current rating below 2 is full of other dissatisfied customers as well. I would find a better carrier for your company."

"They are nothing more then a zero star review, horrible representation, estimations and just all around bad experience. They are over their estimated date by over a week and not even close to my state of Pennsylvania, would not recommend to use this shipping provider"
