Reviews
"It used to be great, lots of loads every day, the trucks were great, the training was great, but not anymore, they have changed the pay, the pay is the lowest in the trucking industry, and the managers in the office micromanage you and demand performance from you. The manager checks your e log, checks your truck location, and you are monitored at all times. They want you to work 14 hours a day but no overtime pay until you're exhausted."
"I’m just here looking to see if my uncle still works here his name is LUIS ANTONIO PINEDA a truck driver truck if anyone knows him or of him I just want to know if he’s OK doesn’t stay in contact with anybody last I heard was about 5-6 years ago Was seen at the port in Long Beach but if anyone knows review on here I will try to contact you"
"The accounts payable department for freight power is horrible the ladies have the worst attitudes. Now I submitted paperwork on a Tuesday for funds release on Thursday. They had the nerve to tell me my Invoice sat in there mailbox. My software tells when they open Invoice and documents. They are so nasty they make you feel as if you are wrong for inquiring about settlement disbursement."
"The staff at this yard turned away myself and team mate, both company drivers, from being able to park at night simply because we weren't intermodal drivers. They only let us in to turn around and exit. For all they knew we could have been fatigued or out of hours but they didn't care. And they didn't even have a packed yard- lots of space. Hopefully Schneider reconsiders this stupid restriction. It makes no sense to turn away Schneider drivers from parking at a Schneider yard simply because of the type of trailer behind the truck."
