"They says they open at 8 guys where late 30 min. Small place difficult for big trucks, also to get out is tricky , guys didn’t now how to load a heavy load and I waisted 6 hr going back and forward to scale"

"Really bad company!!! They like to hold the container for customer even you are long time customer. Even you already paid them, they still want to hold for few more days and you end up pay more for extra storage fee and other fee. I hope never work with this company at all."

"Communication is horrible!!! Turn over with this place is consistent and constantly have new reps. Laylita has been my latest one and hasn't picked up a single phone call of mine! She has called me back ONCE of the many times I have reached out to her. I now am being charged $2,090 in dumerage charges because she doesn't respond. Getting a hold of customer service is near impossible. So trying to get a new rep has spent hours on voice recorded phone calls with no progress. So here I am writing review for everyone to see. Needless to say I will never use this company again!"
