"Horrible service. The owner of this company has no respect and knowledge of how to speak to a customer. We are dropping off a car for a customer today and the owner of this company calls me yelling profanities and telling me that i am trying to pull a fast one and rip him off? Didn't take a breath or moment or slow down from yelling his obscenities before even asking what was going on considering HIS customer whom I am providing the service for is in New Zealand. He just jumped to conclusions. My advise Dont use this company there are plenty of good freight forwarders out the and id be happy to refer you too several excellent companies we have work with on a day to day basis that ship to Australia and new Zealand without an issue and cheaper also."
