"Outstanding experience! I had a freight package shipped here inadvertently; but was glad I did! It was my first time picking up freight and I wasn't sure what to expect. But the staff here immediately put any anxieties I had to rest - they were friendly, experienced, and super helpful. My particular package was on a pallet, was awkwardly shaped, and weighed just over 250 lbs. Not something easily handled by one person. But two FedEx team members took it upon themselves to help me figure out a solution to getting the item home. Using a combination of elbow grease, a forklift, and rope (which they provided) the three of us got it secured onto my short-bed truck. No easy task! I, quite literally, could not have done it without them. Awesome folks and excellent representatives of the FedEx brand. I highly recommend them for your freight needs!"

"Two times already having this experience. Called them in the morning asking to get a pick up in the evening, and no driver showed up. Called FedEx several times and they just keep asking the address and company name. Service quality is going down way too fast."

"They scheduled a date a time that was suitable for them and failed to deliver on the day. I had to take a day off and it was wasted waiting around for nothing. Horrible service with Thomas as he promised to call me back if they would be ontime. No call back and when I called back he left for the day and no delivery hours later. Later found out truck won't make the delivery. I can't take days off to wait around for them."
