"Setup an appointment to do livescan. The operator did not have the information that livescan are supposed to have to complete our form for DOJ and FBI. Complete waste of our time and money as the livescan needed to be redone by a different company."

"The most stubborn and unprofessional owner I've ever dealt with. Not only does he send me rude and insulting texts, but he has intentionally discriminated against me and gives me worse service than his other customers. He has specifically told me this. He's lost a package of mine, is unwilling to secure my packages properly, yells at me, and makes me jump through hoops all because he lost one of my packages and we agreed to a resolution. I didn't expect that resolution to include being harassed and abused every time I get a new package from him."

"Not only is the language barrier an issue. The manager is incredibly rude. If you're unable to speak their language, they will cut you off without getting a straight answer and say "I have many customers" even if the store is empty."

"The Guy is rude & speaks horrible English. Two times went there and both the times he told me to put the package on the floor without offering any receipt. I had to ask for that as packages contained PCs worth $1000 each. Everyone must ask for receipt. If possible go some other place and tell others to do so. He should not be in business."

No Lines, convenient hours. They'll give you all the major carriers and pricing options. I no longer live in La Mirada but I gladly make the drive. Anything bigger than a letter goes through them only. It's a no-brainer."
