"Only because I can’t give zero star ratings, with exception of Robert(Dock MGR) the staff is rude and dismissive. Too many internal problems here, especially between the day and night shifts, trucks not being loaded or not ready when they said it would be. It’s a good thing J.B. Hunt pays detention for their workers incompetence."

"I just called twice to reschedule a pickup and both times i was transfer to a machine that said this department "Is no longer available" I don't know who to call cause evidently they will keep transferring me to the same place. Not only were they late for the original pick up date but they don't have am easy way to just call and try to fix their mistake. How do you miss a 4 hour window is beyond me."

"I tried this service for first time through Amazon. I already paid my shipping so I can't cancel the order. They changed my pickup dates twice. So every day the pallet isn't picked up is a day I lose money. Anyway, next time I will select another agency. I do not recommend this service."

"If i could give them 0 stars i would! I lost a days work waiting for a delivery on friday and when they showed up the truck driver didnt even get out of the truck to check the pallet ( was a light pallet of empty boxes that can be lifted by 2 people). So damn lazy! He calls me from his truck and says he cant take it because he doesnt have a forklift, BS! This company is unprofessional and careless of other peoples time. I called 5x and kept getting transferred to many different people for no reason. I asked if i could take the pallet to there warehouse. They said no. Thats BS! So they told me pickup would be monday 12-4. Its now 5 on monday and my damn pallet is still here. As a business owner they should have made it there 1st priority monday morning to come get this pallet. Callled them again and now this damn pallet will sit here for 4 more days as they said pickup will be friday. DO NOT do business with this compamy unless you are retired and have nothing to do but sit around and play there unprofessional and careless games!"
