"Terrible customer service. They make up stories of how they are behind schedule or how they were told it’s on the truck but it’s not. All excuses no solutions. Was scheduled twice for a delivery. I even called and personally double checked delivery date and time in which they confirmed but were a no show no call. Wasted two days of my time and endless phone calls to them in which no solution was given. Worst company ever. Sad to see such a good company like Costco use them for delivery. By the way don’t fall for their 99% accuracy. Clearly is 99% inaccurate."

"I received a call on Wednesday March 31st that my shipment is ready for delivery and If I was ok with Friday April 2 from 10-2 I said yes. I took the day off end of the day no call no show. I called Saturday and left a message no call back all day. I called Monday and I was told sorry driver didn’t make it. Ok things happen no big deal so she scheduled me for Tuesday April 6 10-2. My wife took the day off and again no call no show. I called once again pretty upset this time and talk to some lady Yvette and she was pretty rude and told me sorry we are back up and there’s nothing I can do. But I will make sure personally that the load make on the truck Wednesday April 7 and I will call you in the morning to let you know load is on it way. Nothing. I called her again and she said driver are loading and I will call you in a few minutes. Nothing. I called the place I order the stuff from and she told he the delivery will make it Thursday April 8 but she told me Wednesday so now I’m not just getting attitude I’m getting lied to, this is the 3rd day off I take. "UPDATE: I think the most telling element of a company's customer service is how they deal with customers when things go wrong. In the cast of MVE, they did contact me upon hearing I was unsatisfied, and we reached an agreement to give me an adjustment on the shipping charges. So ultimately, despite the delays, I am pleased with the resolution. I hope that they have corrected whatever issues caused our shipping delays and that future customers do not have any problems. •• ORIGINAL REVIEW This was hands-down one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. For starters, they received the shipment of my item and must have forgotten that they had it, because it took a call from me to say "where's my delivery?" At that point, they seemed surprised that no one had reached out. They set a time and 5 hour delivery window. I stayed home from work and they no-showed. No call, no email, no nothing. I called their number towards the end of the window and they did not even pick up. I called them again the next week and got through and set another delivery window. Again, they no-showed. Finally after a 3rd window and an angry call from the company that was sending me the item, they finally showed up. The delivery driver himself was a nice guy but ultimately whatever is going on behind-the-scenes at this company is a disaster. It took nearly 4 weeks longer to get an item than it should have."

"I have ongoing issues with their deliver. The tracking # has shown "out for deliver" and when I called yesterday they said they would be her in the afternoon. Today I called and they said driver noted "attempted delivery." Yesterday I was VERY attentive, and I did not see the truck outside. They are too unreliable, and several times now have shown "out for delivery" for a few days before arriving with the palette."
