"I called the company and reported an incident with a driver in Texas after getting off the phone with 911. The dispatcher stated they would call me back but never did. I also emailed the owner, Justin Sung, per DOT reports, and have heard nothing. Their drivers, at least one driver, proves to be extremely reckless and have no problem doing hit and runs. Be cautious around these folks!"

They will frame you, but the evidence will not stand. Please be vigilant when entering the warehouse. It is best to have a driving recorder."

"I have a Samsung smart TV and I have been waiting for parts to be delivered for 2 weeks now. Everyday I look at the tracking it's being pushed back but the parts are just sitting at a terminal somewhere. This is very bad business and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service. Today is July 29th. It's been 2 weeks and 1 day and I still haven't received any parts to repair my Samsung TV yet. This is bad business at the worst."
