"This company was in charge of my shipment from China to Portland, contracted another 1 star company called Customs Company, and thats where the shipment went to die. It has been 2 weeks since the shipment was recorded on dock somewhere in L.A., but this company is unreachable, and the one they contracted with keeps feeding me bs. STAY as far AWAY from them as possible."

"WORST shipping company ever! Their truck driver messed up my order back in March, they shipped the WRONG pallet to my warehouse, and pallet I was suppose to receive was delivered to someone else. Sure mistakes happen, even though this is a terrible shipping mistake to make. But to make matters WORSE they picked up the wrong pallet they shipped to us by mistake and then refused to ship the correct pallet back to us! Our inventory is now lost in transit and I have been waiting over a month now for compensation and they have completely ghosted me and ignored my calls and emails. Don't use this company!"
