"Went to have lunch here with the family and ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich because the menu description looked appetizing with ingredients such as steak, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. After getting my order, I sat down to eat and was disappointed to see that there were absolutely no green peppers and mushrooms in the sandwich. I took the sandwich back and spoke with the Charleys employee and explained what was wrong. I asked to have the green peppers and mushrooms added to my sandwich. Then I was made to wait another 5 minutes to get the sandwich back. Guest what! I was disappointed again when I looked inside the sandwich: there is one tiny speck of chopped green pepper and still no mushrooms. I couldn't believe Charleys made me wait again just to give me the sandwich back, without fixing the problem. Definitely, I feel disrespected and unvalued as a customer. I will not eat here again and would not recommend this place to anyone."
"Horrible! I paid for extra meat, extra green pepper and provolone cheese. There was barely meat and cheese and one green pepper chunk. Extra must mean minus to them. Lettuce was only chunks of white hard parts that should have been in trash. Lastly the thin tomato, cut in a half, one slice with no seeds in the middle, divided. Waste of money and not suitable to serve the public."
"The website says they are open until 7 p.m. so I walk in at 6 p.m.. I get in line and as I get to the the front of the line the little snot-nosed girl behind the counter says yeah we're closed. So I asked her but your website says you're open until 7 p.m. and she replies no 6:30. So I'll look at my wristwatch and I say well then you need to know how to tell time cuz its 6. They were already shutting down and turning customers away so they could leave at 6:30. And these are the workers that want $20 an hour to flip a burger or $21 an hour to make a sub. Yeah I don't think so with this work ethic you're not going to get anything. Worthless"
