"They lack communication. I bought a microwave at Lowe's and wanted installed in top of the stove. Paid the $40.00 for the measurements. The guy came and didn't take any measurements. He took pictures and send them to the office. Amd said I have ample space and they can build the frame for the microwave They called me to schedule the installation and when the second installer came, he said it can't be installed because I need to have a cabinet in order for them to install the microwave I went back and forward with them and Lowe's bc no one told me that I needed to build a cabinet. Premier logistics didn't even asked me if I had what they needed in order to send the technician. I cancelled the order and never again am I buying appliances from Lowe's"

"Horrific. I tried to shop at lowes instead of home depot but the delivery company they use is the worst. they actually pulled up to the house and left and said they came by. Do they get paid for mulitple attempts while my dishwasher is in the truck for days."
"Premier Logistics is completely, absolutely, without doubt the worst possible choice ever for a home appliance installation. Scheduling was a nightmare with one day provided as an option in the 7 day week limiting and non-consumer friendly. After talking with a supervisor about the schedule, I was offered another slot up to 2-3 weeks out. Awful. Once I did get a day scheduled, I spoke with a representative to request an early a.m. installation as I had an important late morning committment that day. The scheduler was wonderful and after a few moments, she assured me that I'd have the first appointment of the day (8:00 am). I also confirmed that the installer would pick-up my item (dishwasher) from Lowe's well before my appointment and was told he'd arrive by 8:10-8:15 at the latest. I was thrilled with this information and scheduled appointment. Arrive installation day. Despite calling each day before my install day to confirm the time details with other reps, no one arrived at 8, 8:10, 8:15, 8:30, 8:45. I began calling Lowe's as well as Premier Logistics to find out what was going on. Complete chaos and incompetency insued. During the next two hours, I used two separate phone lines to call Premier Logistics over a dozen times to request that an installer be sent to my place for the dishwasher. I was told a web on ever-changing reasons for the no-show, delay: He's already picked up the dishwasher and he's on his way; He had truck trouble and is now on his way; We never really have any appointments near 8 a.m., we generally start after 10 a.m.; You are the first appointment, but he has 8 other dishwashers to load; He has everything loaded and he will be there within 1.5 hours (I'm 20 minute from Lowe's); We never, ever would have scheduled you for 8 a.m., you are mistaken; etc. etc. etc. It was completely maddening and stressful as these lies and inconsistencies were jeopardizing my morning committment. I was assured by one of the Premier Logistics supervisors, "Jack", that my order would be there by 10:20 am. I spoke to Jack several time that morning and he apologized for the delay but guaranteed me that the dishwasher was minutes from my door - he had contacted the driver and also stated that the driver would be calling me. Nope. It took three more calls to Premier Logistics to get a call-back from the driver. The driver assured me that he was 10 minutes away. 25 minutes later, the driver arrived (nearing 10:50 a.m.!!!!!). I was crushed and extremely stressed as I had only a few minutes available for the install. The installer, Fabian, assured me that he could complete everything within 25 minutes. He was very kind, professional, friendly and efficient, but the install took much longer than that. A grueling 45 minutes later, I was finally out the door, late and hyper stressed. Lowe's staff and customer service reps were without a doubt friendly and helpful, but the Lowe's choice to use Premeir Logistics is what remains forefront in my memory. It was a colossal mess and I'd NEVER recommend Lowe's for a home appliance, ever, due to my installation experience. Check out the BBB, Google and Yelp reviews for Premir Logistics - ALL reviews are "1-star" - not a single 2, 3, 4, or 5 star review. It's obvious from reading other customers' comments that Premier Logistics consistently uses lies and fake excuses, not answering their phones (this happened to me also), being sent to voicemail (also happened to me several times, especially when I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager), on a daily basis to "explain" fake delays, scheduling errors, mechanical errors, etc. Premier Logistics is not a positive partner or match for Lowe's appliances. Their installation program is an awful, unreliable mess. Never again."
