"AM Trucking took over 50 days to delivery a dresser to me, when the dresser arrived. The dresser was the wrong color & the top and front sides were not finished consistent with the rest of the dresser, so I asked them to take it back, they refused. I have been trying to work with the company I ordered it from to have it taken back and picked up, sadly, that company only uses AM Trucking. AM Trucking schedules what they want, they don't communicate with the customer & when you call, you are on hold for an hour & when they answer, the person representing AM Tricking just argues with you about the day and time of the delivery or pickup. They are impossible. I don't understand how companies can utilize them as a delivery or pick up of furniture company. Very poor business practices and no customer service whatsoever. If you have a choice, use another delivery company, this is my 5th experience with them and it has progressively been worse and worse each time. Maybe their management will pay attention to the many poor reviews and actually change their business practices."
