"I did a large painting for an out of state client, and we both initially had no clue what the shipping would be. I went to PakMail, where Leandra showed me all options for shipping, which was way more than I thought, so I called the client and she was nice enough to walk us both through all options while on speaker phone - that was great to alleviate me as the middle man. She also said for future large scale pieces, I can send her the dimensions, and she'll email a formal shipping document w/options directly to the client, which will again alleviate me from that part of the transaction, and only deal with the art aspect. Much appreciated, it was a learning experience, and Leandra went above and beyond."
