"Worst experience ever! No one ever contacted me regarding delivery. I was the only delivery contact and I never received a call, text, or email. I had to hound them for any information whatsoever. Dispatchers just gave me the run around. They all had something different to say. I was told they were understaffed, not a good reason to not be able to provide any updates. I spoke with the owner who said if I had any issues I could call. I was told last minute that the delivery could not be made to my home because it is a residential area. The driver did not even have my address until a few hours before the delivery was to be made. So I called back and of course the owner was not available and in a “meeting”. I live in a rural area and was unable to get an Uber, so I walked. 2.5 miles to where the driver wanted to meet which was on the side of a highway! The driver was laughing at me when I asked for his ETA, I do not see the humor in this situation. He was about 30 minutes late. He was unbelievably rude and would not even allow me to look over the vehicle before signing. He pretty much held my vehicle hostage and was not going to give me my keys until I threatened to call the police. Nobody at this place seems to know what is going on or care for that matter. They obviously have no consideration or regard for their clients. This whole ordeal has been beyond stressful. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! Shady!!!"
