"Came here for a dermatology appointment. Was here first thing in the morning. Check in was easy (I did the online pre check). Got seen right away. They also have new check in Kiosks if you want to do it that way. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful."

"Urgent care is dismal. On line reservation system is a joke. Waited 2 1/2 hours for my daughter to be seen without an On line reservation a few days ago so made sure when I needed care I made an on line reservation. I have now been waiting in excess of 2 hours past my reservation time while other patients have been called who signed in after I did. Ridiculous to have an online reservation system if you are going to triage patients."
"Charged me for tests I never asked for, after my doctor gave me the green light to continue with the medication plan. When i tried talking to the billing department about it they said my doctor requested them. When i talked to my doctor, she said she did not. I called the billing department again and they told me its "relfex" testing meaning its something the decide to do depending on what the initial test came back with. I said this is unnecessary and not asked for as i have already been given a medical plan without that test. They basicly told me tough cookies. This was back in march of 2021. They sent me to colections and refuse to take responsibility for their problem of running unnecessary tests. I Left a review on the BBB and it is still un answered."
