"I'm sure the tours are great. Stopped by to go the gift shop, but there was a sign on the door that states they are closed until further notice. Google shows that they are open until 3pm, but that wasn't the case for me. When I go the website, it says they look forward to re-opening in 2023, but no date is given. This would be useful information."

"One of the best plant tours I've ever been on. I've been to the plants in York PA. and Tomahawk WI. but this was by far the best. Our guide (Peanut) was very knowledgeable about the different parts and why they were designed a certain way. She also was able to explain the terminology to someone who has a very basic knowledge of bikes. The tour took us around the plant and showed most steps of the assembly process. The tour is a must if you're in the area!"
